It is located at the center of soon to be the busiest road for traffic and outdoor goers situated in the heart of Phnom Penh. Surrounding it are night markets, a golf driving range and the largest park to be built in the city.

Solution Description:

1). For Hourly Parkers. He drives to the entry and self-service takes a ticket card (Mifare1/EM/paper ticket) from unattended Entry Station, after that the Entry Barrier automatically opens and he enters; 
When he leaves, he drives to the Manual-pay-station which is located at the exit, and gives the ticket to the guard, the guard scans the ticket card by a barcode scanner/card reader, finally, he pays cash, and then the guard opens the barrier gate and he leaves.

2). For Season Registered Parkers: Mifare Card
Read the card on Entry/Exit Ticket Dispenser/Verifier.
