Project Description: 

Melawati Mall is conceived and developed to stand out from other suburban malls and to define new standards for neighborhood shopping centers in the country with its optimized space planning and contemporary design suited for a bustling catchment of 740,000 residents. The 613,000 square feet net lettable area lifestyle mall with more than 200 retail shops spread over eight levels of retail floors and 1,900 parking bays is expected to become the preferred destination for shoppers.

Solution Description:

Smart Card Parking Management System

S3 Parking Access Control Station and BR04 Boom Barrier Gate, Smart2020 Parking Pay on Foot AutoPay Machine are used for Melawati Mall. 

1). For Hourly Parkers. He drives to the entry and self-service takes a ticket card (Mifare1/EM/paper ticket) from unattended Entry Station, after that the Entry Barrier automatically opens and he enters; 
When he leaves, he pays parking fees on self-service AutoPay Machines. At the exit gate, he inset the paid card into the S3 ticket verifier. The barrier will open if this card confirmed that the payment had been made.

2). For Season Registered Parkers: Mifare Card

Read the card on Entry/Exit Ticket Dispenser/Verifier.

Ultrasonic Sensor Parking Guidance System

Ultrasonic Sensor Parking Guidance System enables car owners to know the information of vacant parking spaces in the parking lot in real-time to achieve the purpose of fast parking. The parking space display screen provides real-time parking space usage information, guides car owners to park quickly, solves the difficulty of finding parking spaces due to lack of parking information, reduces parking lot congestion, improves parking lot turnover rate, and increases parking lot revenue.
