Queensbay Mall, one of the finest shopping malls in Penang Island, is located in the heart of Bayan Lepas. The mall features 5 retail levels of international and home-grown brands including fashion, lifestyle, dining, entertainment, sports, electronics, home furnishing, and department store. It is currently one of the largest shopping malls on the island of Penang with a gross built-up of 2.5 million sq ft and over 1 million sq ft net lettable area.

Solution Description:
S3 Smart Card Parking Management System, BR04 Boom Barrier Gate, and Smart2020 Parking Pay on Foot AutoPay Machine are used for Queensbay Mall.
1). For Hourly Parkers. He drives to the entry and self-service takes a ticket card (Mifare1/EM/paper ticket) from the unattended Entry Station, after that the Entry Barrier automatically opens and he enters;
When he leaves, he pays parking fees on the self-service Smart2020 Parking Pay on Foot AutoPay Machine. At the exit gate, he inset the paid card into the S3 ticket verifier. The barrier will open if this card confirms that the payment has been made.
2). For Season Registered Parkers: Mifare Card
Read the card on the Entry/Exit Ticket Dispenser/Verifier.
